We monitor the diversity of those we regulate and collect diversity data from law firms every two years.
The latest diversity data was collected in 2021 and covers solicitors and others working in SRA regulated law firms. You can read an overview of our key findings, which highlights the changes we have seen over recent years.

This data is available to view using our firm diversity data tool. This is an interactive and easy way to view information about each diversity characteristic by firm size, work type, number of branches and location.
