SRA Business Plan 2022/23

We have published our 2022/23 Business Plan, which outlines our key priorities and areas of work for the year.

The business plan is set in the context of our wider 2020-2023 Corporate Strategy, which outlines three overarching objectives for the SRA:

1. To set and maintain high professional standards for solicitors and law firms
2. To support the adoption of legal technology and innovation
3. To build understanding of emerging opportunities and challenges for the users of legal services and the legal sector, and regulate accordingly
