mySRA updates

Verifying your mySRA account from 12 June

We are introducing an additional verification step to make your mySRA account more secure from 12 June. From this date, the first time you log in to mySRA you will need to register a phone number.

You will then need to have this phone with you whenever you log in, so we recommend using a personal number. We will send you a code by SMS text message or call you to verify your identify every time you access mySRA.

Please note you will not be able to turn this off or select a 'remember me' option.
