The website 'www.nobleharbour.co.uk' is operating misusing the name and contact details of a genuine firm.

What is the scam?

The website www.nobleharbour.co.uk is operating and misusing the name and contact details of a genuine firm of solicitors (see below).

The website provides the address ‘7 Orion House, Nelson Quay, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, SA73 3LS’ and email address ‘info@nobleharbour.co.uk’.

The website also provides a telephone number of 01646 663991 and fax number of 01646 663992. Calls made to the telephone number are automatically diverted to a voicemail for a genuine solicitor at a genuine firm of solicitors (see below).

Any business or transaction through the website, postal address or email address referred to above is not undertaken by a firm or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.

Is there a genuine firm or person?

The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine firm of solicitors called Noble Harbour Solicitors. Its head office address is 14C West Street, Gorseinon, Abertawe, Wales, SA4 4AA. Email addresses used by the firm end with the domain '@nobleharboursolicitors.co.uk'.

The SRA also authorises and regulates a genuine firm of solicitors called Star Legal Limited. Its branch office telephone number is 01646 663991 and fax number is 01646 663992. Star Legal Limited also employ a genuine solicitor called Deborah Morgan.

The genuine firms of Noble Harbour Solicitors and Star Legal Limited have confirmed they have no connection to the website referred to in the above alert.

What should I do?
